PA school is TOUGH. You're learning so much information at once, the stakes are high, and the pressure feels intense. PA school can take a toll on your confidence, your friendships, your relationships, your physical health, and even your mental health. It's vital that you learn how to take care of your mental health during PA school because studies show that PA students are at higher risk for anxiety, depression, and burnout.
